Responsibilities Includes:
- Greeting Customers / Building a rapport with customers
- Identifying the damage on a vehicle (Repair vs Replace)
- Identifying pre-existing damage
- Writing estimates with insurance company guidelines
- Ability to contact part vendors to order the parts necessary to complete the repair
- Contacting customers to give them status updates of their repair
- Using CCC One, having experience with this platform or other estimating systems is required
- Negotiating with insurance adjusters
- Making supplements for additional repairs
Start date: ASAP
Compensation will be agreed upon based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
