Qualifications and Skills:
- Automotive back ground and/or collision with Body Shop experience. Icar training a plus!
- Ability to adapt to new estimating software
- Driven to succeed – with a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Valid driver's license - Clean Abstract
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
