Entry-Level ABA Therapist (RBT)- No Experience Required, Paid Training, Benefits

You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll be matched with an experienced therapist and taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).Want to spend your days making a positive impact working with children or teens? You’ll have the opportunity to work at our Early Learning Center (ages 3 yrs - 8yrs), our Intermediate Learning Center (ages 9 yrs -18 yrs) and/or at our IBAA and Options Charter School location (ages 10 yrs -18 yrs).Interested in advancing your skills and moving up within the company? Requirements:
-18 years-old
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience working with children
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.
-Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
-You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35+ pounds.
-Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:25am-4:45pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 - $42,640.00 per year
