Your tasks
- Support streamlining the overall Smart Factory Fulfillment processes
- Work with cross-organizational teams and HQ for the successful implementation of the Smart Factory Operating Model initiative
- Review processes for current state, improvement suggestions for future state and create related SOPs for existing and new processes
- Help identifying areas for improvement and provide creative scalable solution options for the current processes in Smartsheet and other digital tools such as SharePoint
- Support operational excellence activities, workshops for continuous improvements of daily tasks
Your profile
- Enrolled student at a German university
- Studies of business management or equivalent course of studies
- Background in process improvement methodology
- Excellent knowledge of MS office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in PowerBI is a plus
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player
- TRUMPF knowledge is a plus
