Job Description
As an Associate Auditor, you will collaborate with Corporate Audit management to conduct various audit activities, including Assurance (Risk-Based and SOX 404 Compliance) and consultancy engagements, alongside internal and special projects outlined in the Annual Audit Plan. Your role involves assisting senior colleagues and occasionally working independently to ensure the successful completion of audits.

Responsibilities:
Manage and execute engagement deliverables under the guidance of the engagement Lead or Manager, adhering to internal processes and international standards.
Conduct audit testing procedures, including control testing, data analysis, and documentation of processes.
Collaborate with business colleagues at all levels to undertake audit testing.
Utilize data analytics to manipulate and interpret large volumes of data to derive meaningful insights.
Prepare high-quality supporting work papers for all assigned audit areas within specified timelines.
Document irregularities and deviations from prescribed procedures with relevant evidence.
Assist in the preparation of accurate and concise reporting deliverables, including audit reports and initial observations.
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and periodically test their effectiveness.
Maintain commitment to professional audit frameworks through membership in relevant professional bodies.
Handle administrative tasks such as audit repository maintenance and performance evaluations promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 1 year of Audit experience in public accounting or internal auditing in international contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Progress towards or commitment to achieving certifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIA, CFA, CISA.
Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, German, or others.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
