Audit Senior Associate - $80,000 - $110,000 – hybrid/ remote within Illinois

I have partnered with a 120-person firm that is known for its employee-first attitude, strong engagement from Partners, and where merit-based promotions are the norm!

With an "Open PTO" policy in place, the firm has successfully managed to ensure that its staff takes enough time off to recharge. The average vacation time is around 4-5 weeks per year, which includes Partners as well. The team is collaborative and supportive, and when someone is off, the team steps up to take care of their workload.

The firm continues to work hard to be that Public Accounting firm that truly has a "good work-life balance" and it's evident in the work hours. During the peak of the busy season, billable hours are capped at 55, while off-season hours average around 40 per week.

The firm also offers a flexible hybrid-remote schedule to suit its staff's needs, there's no set policy you'll be able to discuss with your manager what you need.
