Job Description
OfficePro Inc., a Washington DC-based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Level 2 Audio Visual Field Service Technician in the New York Metro Area to work in partnership with our clients to provide Field Service support for customers at on-site locations and restore functionality to their assets while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full UC Product Line Support of integrated and AV control systems such as: Crestron, QSys, Extron, Cisco, ClearOne & BiAmp
- Ability to fully troubleshoot and provide break/fix resolution to Crestron, AMX & Extron systems
- Previous experience in troubleshooting BiAmp DSP and file drops - programming not needed
- Experience with AV Codecs in Poly & Cisco
- Video Wall/Digital Signage experience is a bonus!
- Field service support of control programs (AMX / Crestron) including minor edits, compiling upload, and downloading capability (can be with the aid of a programmer)
- Field service support of networked devices (Routers IP Protocols etc.)
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Perform preventative maintenance visits to help maintain a stable client-based system and ability to configure and manipulate AV equipment
- Previous experience with SerivceNow/Ticketing system for job calls to client sites
- Takes responsibility to accurately complete job documentation as needed
- Field installation of control programs (AMX / Crestron/Firmware) - upload and download capability
- Perform service tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projectors, and hanging ceiling mounts
- Ability to solder & crimp connectors
- Provide necessary training and support for next level Service Technicians
- Provide end-user client training as needed
- Adhere to and understand OSHA standards for all phases of the job
- Setup and troubleshoot various video codecs/video teleconferencing hardware
- Travel to various job sites required
- Crestron Toolbox experience
- Other duties assigned as needed
Education and/or Experience:

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
