Audio Video Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Video Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Audio Video Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audio and Video Projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technicians, engineers, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and scope.

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and responsibilities for project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular meetings with clients and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in audio and video technologies.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience in audio and Video Project management, preferably in a technology or AV integration company.

Bachelor's degree in audio engineering, video production, project management, or a related field is a plus.

Strong knowledge of audio and video systems, equipment, and technologies.

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
