Overview
The Ad Tech Product andPlatforms Training and Development Lead is a critical role within Audacy's Revenue Organization providing new hires the technical Training and ongoing education focused on essential on the job processes and tasks. This role also supports system implementation training design, development, and execution for products and Platforms managed by the ATPP team. This role directly impacts and improves the productivity of the Revenue Operations team's employees with the creation and implementation of impactful platform training. This position collaborates with stakeholders in Digital Sales, Revenue Operations, Technology, Finance, Podcast Services, Marketing,and Strategy and Planning to prioritize and focus Product and platform training on areas that will have the greatest impact.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position. It is highly collaborative and requires keen attention to detail.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for New York based individuals expressing interest in this position is $125,000 to $150,000/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Assess Product and platform training needs and communicate impactful and scalable solutions
  • Designs and develops new employee and continuing education Product and platform training programs in support of the Revenue Organization
  • Design and develop the training curriculum for process and system implementations in alignment with prioritized initiatives
  • Leverage innovative instructional design methods to create engaging, outcome-driven, and effective learning experiences
  • Deliver ongoing instructor-led and webinar-based technical Product and platform training in support of ATPP and Revenue Operations priorities and according the new hire and continuing education needs
  • Provide ongoing evaluation and feedback loop of the learning content
  • Grow the scope and presence of the ATPP Training program across Revenue Operations by thoughtfully expanding the Product and platform training program as technical capabilities advance
  • Innovate to increase efficiencies in delivery and management of content and knowledge across the Revenue Organization
  • Utilize multimedia, new technology, and authoring tools to develop course content
  • Curate content for easy access, distribution, registration, and upkeep
  • Deliver tiered and role-based, high-impact, task and process focused training
  • Maximizes learner participation and comprehension with the proper application of adult learning methods and blended learning
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging live and virtual learning opportunities
  • Provide ongoing content curation and upkeep in a Learning Management System

Qualifications
Required & Preferred:
  • A minimum of 8 years designing, developing, delivering system and process focused learning solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training that supports business outcomes and impact
  • Demonstrated ability to extract and compile learning content from a variety of sources such as subject matter experts from across the business
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver to the needs of the hiring managers to ramp up their new hires quickly on complex processes and systems
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning concepts
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Experience in Digital Media and Advertising preferred
  • Experience with Business Process and / or Digital System Implementation training a plus
