Responsible for the implementation and operation of all goals and objectives and budget administration of the Attendant Care Program through the Indiana, Delmont, and Somerset service area.

Job duties include:
- Implement all objectives of the in-home Attendant Care Program
- Responsible for grant/contract compliance.
- Evaluate all components of program for effectiveness.
- Evaluate staff activities in three offices throughout the service area.
- Establish and maintain communication with all consumers.
- Complete and submit management information reports and monitor financial reports to Commonwealth.
- Establish and maintain public relations for the program.
- Maintain linkages with all appropriate social service agencies in the service area.
- Review consumer files for accuracy.
- Ensure coordination of programs relative to consumers Attendant Care needs.
- Ensure all training requirements for ACP are met.
- Special projects coordination, as assigned.
- All other duties as assigned by director.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required
- Ability to effectively handle stressful and emergency situations with tact, professionalism, a clam disposition, and diplomacy, required.
- Ability to be sensitive to and accommodating of a variety of life choices and cultural backgrounds, required.
- Hands-on experience with various computer programs including HCSIS, Zoom/Turbo Meeting, and Microsoft Office products.
- Written, telephone, typed, and in-person communications, including public speaking, skills required.
- Ability to maintain detailed case notes on a timely basis within 3 days from contact.
- Ability to travel as necessary throughout CRI service area with appropriate breaks. Overnight travel may be required on occasion.
Requirements:
- Operation of telecommunications equipment and computer equipment.
- Ability to read and write all forms of daily correspondence.
- Effective public relations and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to communicate with government entities.
- Ability to drive five hours with appropriate stops, and ability to travel overnight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related and / or minimum of five years of managerial experience.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have knowledge and experience in independent living and community-based services.
- Prior experience as a service coordinator preferred.
