We are looking to fill new Wireless Customer Service Representative openings here in the Youngstown area. Seeking candidates that are career-minded and possess unmatched people skills! This is an entry-level retail opening in a retail environment. As a result of clients placing a high value on a more personalized approach to excellent customer service, our retail client’s customized marketing & advertising initiatives are expanding here in the area.

The Wireless Customer Service Representative will work in a retail environment that is centered on being a part of a team and being included in a family atmosphere. By bringing together diverse individuals who have an array of expertise, skills, and potential, it helps senior management to create progressive promotional event solutions for clients. We are looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to our client’s existing and future client base.
