Valor Preparatory Academy is accepting applications for a Campus Athletic Director for the 2024-2025 academic school year.
The Campus Athletic Director will provide leadership and direction for the campus' athletic programs and ensure that students, parents, staff and the community are provided a positive athletic experience at the Junior High/High School. This position may be required to teach a few sections of Physical Education classes.
Job expectations include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all Athletic programs offered at the campus and recommend processes, strategies, and methods in regards to the development and maintenance of effective sports programs.- Ensure the campus’s athletic program aligns with VPA policies, regulations, and guidelines.
- Work closely with campus administration and the district Athletic Director
- Effectively hire and supervise coaches, as well as ensure they receive appropriate training and education
- Develop athletic schedules
- Order and purchase athletic equipment and supplies for the campus
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a job-related field
- Previous experience in athletic administration
- Knowledge and understanding of VPA rules and regulations
