Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top health care professionals and ensure activities and initiatives align and support the strategic objectives of UF Health.
Lead system-wide Talent Acquisition programs, including strategy development and execution, to ensure best-in-class talent attraction and candidate experience.
Provide team leadership to develop and scale a strategic-thinking, high-functioning, recruiting function that consistently delivers results.
Optimize and leverage technology and new, innovative approaches to create a recruiting operating model that is strategic and impactful.
Provide consulting support, expertise and assistance to campuses and internal HR partners in the areas of recruitment, retention and other relevant Talent Acquisition strategies.
Develop, recommend and implement system-wide guidelines, policies and procedures to promote consistency and standardization.
Assist in developing an employee value proposition that appeals to best-in-class talent and ensures the organization is viewed as an "employer of choice".
Embrace data and analytics to identify opportunities and trends and report progress.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- BS in Human Resources, business or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Five+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment management experience.
- HR certification (SHPR, SHRM-CP) preferred, including oversight of HRIS system optimization (WorkDay).
- PHR or SPHR certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to think and implement strategically.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong technical skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and HRIS/ATS systems.
- Health care industry experience desired.
