About the position:
This role requires an experienced operations professional with a minimum of 5 years Treasury Operations/Cash Management/Lending experience. The incumbent will provide support to Lending Operations and serve as a liaise with Group Treasury. They will manage the lending funding process, monitoring all related payment activity. Additionally, they will assist in the processing of manual wire transfers, and various Treasury Operations projects and requests.
About the department:
Treasury Operations plays a strategic role for ING Americas. The primary responsibility is to provide operational and cash management support to Group Treasury (GT), Financial Markets and Corporate Lending businesses in NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Set cost of funds in Loan IQ for various loan types
  • Loan IQ monitoring including Cash Projections /System checks/FX Rates /Funding rates
  • Execute breakfunding and communicate associated fees
  • Assist with daily match funded loan reconciliation
  • Assist with wire transfer processing
  • Assist as first line of defense in the review and clearing of pre-transaction OFAC hits
  • Provide support and coverage to other team members performing similar functions

Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Data Analysis skillset; Pivots, Macros, VLOOKUP
  • Series 99 certification preferred; must be willing to sit for exam within first year
  • In-depth experience with Loan IQ & Calypso
  • Significant knowledge of Lending & Cash Management processes
  • Extensive experience with SWIFT, Fedwire
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to function under stressful conditions in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize issues
  • Flexible and able to shift focus on short notice

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
