POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Associate Manager will assist and assure efficiency and consistency in the execution of all product development and sourcing activities for the CK Lounge categories.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Smartsheet work + System responsibilities
    • Ensure all T&A calendars are pulling into Smartsheet vendor folders
    • Publish weekly WIP reports
    • Maintain Smartsheet product development logs for both CKUM and CKUW pipeline in partnership with cross-functional team
    • Facilitate weekly PD team meetings
    • Track cost updates and versions in tracking tool for report out
    • Facilitate tech pack update requests from vendors with any changes for proof of concept
    • Review/Ensure tech pack accuracy for initial hand off to obtain concepts
    • Allocate Vendors in PLM during tech pack pass off
    • Ensure XPC accuracy of costing and duty rates
  • Seasonless Space Responsibilities
    • Maintain Vendor Information sheets with Advanced Concepts related info
    • Coordinate with hubs/vendor any sample requests, consistently chasing to ensure individual T&A deadlines are met
    • Engage in strategic initiatives for Supply and the business
    • Ensure steady promotion of readiness levels by staying on top of deliverables and mitigating any sample round delays
    • Collaborate with Product Testing coordinator on Preview Test or POP test requests for all proof of concept
  • Category management (Under guidance from Supervisor)
    • Understand Advanced Concepts strategies to align day to day priorities
    • Engage PVH offshore offices and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs
    • Attend all Advanced Concepts ideation fittings
    • Engage with cross functional teams in seasonal space to ensure calendar milestone deliverables are met
    • Track status and delivery of samples
    • Understanding of product costs
    • Assist RM partners as needed for Big Innovation ideas in the pipeline library
    • Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories directly on daily tasks

DECISION MAKING:  Must have the ability to make decisions within their own position – evaluate issues on a daily basis, and make decisions when to question and make inquiries and seek advice/help for resolutions. Must actively escalate risks to launch.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Must be extremely resourceful – learning and using all appropriate contacts to gather information for follow up. Acute follow up skills are of utmost importance.  Must be quick to learn new way of working. Adapt to change.

ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced, multi-directional environment.  Must feel comfortable with being uncomfortable. Individual must be highly adaptable. Organizational skills are key. ________________________________________________________________

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:  

  • 3-5 years of related experience in Intimates sourcing, product development and/or production.

Education:

  • Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • A textile/PD or manufacturing-related background is preferred.

Skills:

  • Computer skills – Full MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Centric PLM is helpful.
  • Top-notch follow up skills are essential.
  • Proactive personality is needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills

Pay Range: $80,000 - $86,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
