About Anzen:
Founder, management, and shareholder related claims cost the U.S. economy billions of dollars each year. Premiums for Directors and Officers insurance increased ~50% in 2020 alone. The majority of fast-growing and established companies are unprepared to manage and mitigate the risks of their growth and shifting employee expectations. Anzen is addressing this gap by using the latest software APIs to build seamless people and finance tools to prevent compliance missteps, contain losses with incident response services, and help organizations recover with comprehensive management liability insurance.
Anzen is a team of technology and insurance professionals with years of experience building enterprise software, insurtech, and insurance brokerage businesses. We are working with leading insurance carriers to introduce a premium management insurance offering for private tech and established U.S. companies- D&O, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, and Crime coverages.
