Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Test and Evaluation Quality Team is looking for an AssociateQuality System Specialist to join our team in Seal Beach, California; Berkeley, Missouri or Seattle, WashingtonTheir primary responsibility will be to support Boeing Test and Evaluation Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Some travel might be required 10%-20% of the time.
Position Responsibilities:

• Supports reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements in the development of quality assurance plans
• Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics. Collects data to support analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of routine problems
• Collects data to support research and analysis of performance reports to improve process capability
• Collects data to support Quality source selection activity
• Supports preparation for hardware, software and system level audits
• Compiles data for material review disposition
• Works under close supervision

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard and/or SMS
• Experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Relocation:
