The Boeing Company’s Propulsion Learning and Development organization is currently seeking a Propulsion Systems Learning and Development Specialist to join their team in Everett, WA.

This specialist will network with people across the organization in support of delivering world class learning, development and mentoring programs.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops and delivers course content and instructional materials for established learning objectives.
  • Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
  • Assists in conducting a performance needs analysis and identifies performance improvements.
  • Maintains curriculum and courseware.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in the use and function of instructional technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree.
  • 1+ years of facilitation experience.
  • Problem solving skills that are both efficient and effective.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Global mindset and adept to teach global audience.
  • Webpage maintenance.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $66,300 - $89,700
