• Able to project manage based on following an established SOP
• Ability to develop, with manager's validation, and adhere to program timelines
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and programs
• Clear oral and written communication skills with fellow associates and faculty
• Communicates effectively across team functional areas
• Developing leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional areas at some levels.
• Comfortable reporting revenue updates with manager oversight
- Developing an understanding of differences in process between promotional [MLR] and advertising campaigns
• Ability to interface with clients to secure assets and project feedback with manager's oversight
