This position is a part of Abbott Nutrition's Quality Assurance organization, within the Strategic Quality Initiatives team. Strategic Quality Initiatives leads large strategic programs, continuous improvement projects, and data management, analytics and processes to support business decision making.
TheAssociate Project Manager - Quality Business Intelligenceis responsible for analyzing quality data and translating the data into business insights for decision making. This individual prepares and leads our monthly data reviews and works closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop metrics that help us ensure we deliver safe, quality product to our customers every day.
What You'll Work On:
- Analyze data and prepare reports that capture insights and recommendations for decision making
- Prepare and facilitate monthly business reviews, working closely with our global manufacturing sites to understand and communicate results
- Lead cross-functional project teams to develop metrics and lead continuous improvement projects
- Reduce time spent to collect, analyze and report data through process improvement and visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Provide input to data engineers on business user requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively to project teams and senior management
- Verbal, written and visual storytelling skills that effectively communicate not just data but the associated business insights
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams using project management and/or lean six sigma tools
- Experience using Excel, Qlikview, PowerBI or similar for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Microsoft office & collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree required
