About this team
The People Enablement Technology team is committed to enabling seamless, best in class experiences for our global workforce. Employing a best-in-class strategy for the moments that matter, our team supports a fully integrated tech stack: Workday (Core HCM), Dayforce (Workforce Management), Avature (career site, applicant tracking & candidate relationship management), as well as Docebo (Enterprise Learning), and integrations to downstream partners for benefits administration, payroll, etc.
A day in the life:
The Associate Project Manager works closely with the portfolio strategy and intake function and technology teams to create and support projects that solve internal business problems and bring experiences to life for our guests. They work closely with PET Program Managers and Technology teams to ensure project plans are in place and managed. The Associate Project Manager is organized, curious, great at facilitation and knows how to get the right people involved at any given time to solve problems. They value managing risks and dependencies to ensure our teams are working in the most optimal way to deliver value as quickly as possible.
- Support in the planning, management, monitoring, and close/handover to operations for large projects with complex scope, multiple work streams and interdependencies.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of project progress for ongoing projects within the portfolio and review program status reporting for timely completion and accuracy.
- Assist in identifying trends and patterns in project data.
- Assist in the initiation of new technology projects by working closely with the delivery leadership team (incl. PFM, TMS, PGMs, and PMs)
- Support with managing the org Risk Log
- Attend portfolio meetings and document all actions items for follow up and review meetings; support with presentation material readiness
- Support with annual Planning and Readiness coming out of AOP (creation of supporting materials, coordination of enrollment meetings, portfolio roadmap updates, etc.)
- Document ongoing achievements across portfolio for reporting at quarter end.
- Enforce governance processes for the technology portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the technology portfolio management process.
- Support with enforcement of portfolio and organizational processes/policies
- Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for portfolio process documentation.
- Create and maintain select project/program/portfolio artifact tools and templates
- Announcements on new/updated portfolio processes and tools
- Information sharing on AOP processes, timelines, and updates
- Distribution of notes from key portfolio meetings
- Coordinating task-heavy onboarding process (includes owning some of the tasks as appropriate e.g. requesting time keeping system access and requesting hardware ahead of start date)
- Delivering some of the initial Project Manager onboarding sessions such as introduction to project/program/portfolio processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/business or experience commensurate with job expectations
- Ability to manage project budgets including capital and expense costs
- Strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Aptitude to learn and manage change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $91,600 - $120,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
