The Associate Project Analyst will contribute to the success of Digital projects as an individual contributor and as part of larger project teams. Work assignments may include specific project tasks, project-related activities, and small, independent projects. The Associate Project Analyst will ensure that project deliverables are successfully produced within the stated timeline.
- For large projects, works as a member of the project team completing various tasks to meet the project’s goals and objectives. Tasks may require working with data, drafting communications, providing organizational assistance, etc.
- Collaborates well with various team members to produce results.
- Develops communications, presentations, and other project materials (e.g., agendas, plans, status reports, summaries, minutes) as needed.
- Presents project status reports and summaries to various stakeholders as requested.
- Interacts with staff at various levels to communicate project status.
- Engages in project closure activities including documentation of the team’s efforts and results.
- Follows service management and/or project management methodologies to deliver high quality work products.
- Contributes to a high-quality service experience for internal and external customers.
- May work on several small projects or services with moderate complexity.

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- This position requires occasional local travel to MGB sites, vendors, and/or conferences
- Hospital work environment working conditions include possible exposure to diseases or infections and may require safety gear (PPE) such as gloves and mask.
- Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk; or hear; use hands to finger; handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop; kneel; or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
- May require 24X7 responsibilities including evening, night and weekend hours as needed
Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-3 years of project work or relevant experience.
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow-through.
- Adept at explaining technical concepts and issues to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
- Flexible, adaptable, and versatile.
