You are an expert advanced analytics professional with strong programming skills in Python / R, SQL, data warehouse and cloud (AWS).
Key Responsibilities
Generates reports and regular datasets or report information for end- users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end- user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders & decision makers to evaluate business objectives, transform strategic priorities and propose analytical / data solutions that deliver meaningful insights
- Build customer data and analytics solutions to drive the understanding of Customer viz., Customer Profiles, Segments & Customer Lifetime Value
- Create the foundation for Community and CRM measurement frameworks and KPIs working with global business stakeholders
- Understand our business needs and partner with engineering and product management teams to develop roadmap for new data & analytics capabilities and platforms
- Ensure consistency and reliability in key KPIs & insights to improve the data quality of our customer interactions
- 6-8 yrs. of experience working in advanced analytics, data mining, big data and cloud tools
- Master's or bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Engineering or any another quantitative field. Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science or Predictive Analytics strongly preferred
- Strong hands-on programming skills in SQL, Python / R, AWS (or other cloud tools) and experience working with large datasets
- Predictive analytics / Statistical Modeling will be a plus e.g. Multivariate Regression Analysis, Clustering, Segmentation, Random Forest, Marketing Mix, Gradient Boosted Machines (GBM)
- Ability to manage a portfolio of large analytics projects with multiple business stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed setting with high level of professionalism
- Understanding of customer analytics / CRM at a retail or consumer brand would be a plus
