The Associate Program Manager will lead, oversee, and be responsible for work activities under contract; and provide critical communications and coordination related to all contract matters between S2 Global, our customers, and our other business units within the OSI Systems family. The Associate Program Manager must also effectively coordinate business and technical efforts of multiple subcontractors and vendors to achieve program objectives. This is a challenging position and will require an individual with solid experience in process and/or contract-oriented delivery management to budget and plan. Candidates should have a solid technical background, strong leadership qualities for bringing together matrix teams, and be process and document oriented as it relates to program management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management of people and resources for highly technical, mission-critical efforts
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, partners, subcontractors, and sister scompanies at multiple levels
- Define and implement effective project management processes tailored to efforts and be able to quickly develop quality matching presentations, spreadsheets, documents, schedules, and other required materials.
- Develop and/or review cost estimates and basis for estimates for highly technical tasks and IT and networking.

- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- 4-year management degree from an accredited college.
- At least 5 years of full-time IT program management experience
- Understand the values and effective methods for delivering SaaS
- Candidate must be proficient in developing narratives to tenders/RFPs, cost-estimation, formulating project schedules
- Must be willing to travel internationally up to 35%
- Candidate must be proficient in budgeting, risk management, forecasts, financial tracking and report development
- Candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills
- Fluency in French or Spanish a plus.
