RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Train coworkers on electrical and mechanical aspects of equipment.
- Prepare documentation for repair, replacement procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills for production operations in electrical, control, mechanical, and process areas.
- Provide on-call support for production equipment and department personnel on a rotating basis.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and change control requirements.
- Replace parts and perform installations using detailed knowledge of control and electrical components.
- Maintain electronic and mechanical aspects of operating process equipment, including upgrades.
- Develop and manage a database of spare parts for the production of electronic and process equipment.
- Oversee and verify all operating aspects of new equipment at installation.
- Operate in accordance with regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.

- Complete other relevant duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two (2) years of college or technical school.
- Knowledge: cGMPs, FDA, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing SOPs, regulatory requirements, computer hardware/software applications, business English, mathematical and statistical computation methods.
- Experience: Four (4) years of experience in a similar capacity in an industrial environment, or a minimum of 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
