Full Time Associate Therapist- LCSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC licensure and/or state equivalent of associate license.
Responsibilities of Associate Therapist:
- Rendering evidence-based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of Mental Health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
- Providing Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications of Associate Therapist:
Required:
- Active LCSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC licensure and/or state equivalent of associate license.
- 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)
- Prior telehealth or remote experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
Fair work deserves fair wages, we at Valera support wage-transparency and value this role at $58,000.00 for full-time at 40 hours. Fee-for service rates below:
