Associate Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

Grow your career as a successful Associate Marketing Manager within Hyatt Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will be working in close collaboration with Marketing Managers. The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of brands by supporting marketing efforts to build strategic brand value, strengthen brand positioning and drive revenue to meet company goals. A successful Associate Marketing Manager will:

• Develop content/messaging, provide tactical execution and ensure consistent brand
  positioning in all marketing materials, promotions and campaigns
• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional SMEs and operational leads to
  ensure all marketing initiatives are fully supported and executed according to brand
  standards
• Support Brand Managers and assigned brands by performing market research and
  competitive analysis, identifying current consumer trends, proposing and executing
  innovative marketing strategies
• Assist in the successful launch and marketing of new brands and properties in
  development to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established
• Support budget planning and adherence for associated brands and projects
• Assist with creation of annual business plans, quarterly and adhoc presentations

A successful Associate Marketing Manager will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years marketing/advertising experience
• Experience working with and leading cross-functional teams and vendors
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Required Experience:

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Strong presentation skills
• Highly motivated, positive, ambitious and results-driven
• Must be able to work well under pressure and adjust to changing deadlines/priorities
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong creative copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with and lead colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel
