Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing on-site field marketing campaigns and segment activities.
- Execute marketing campaigns and plan events depending on expertise.
- Work with various corporate/field marketing managers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
- Provide coordination and project management to ensure campaign success, high levels of attendance, increased sales, and participation by targeted audience.
- Deliver a strong genuine customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend products to their friends and family. Provide management with feedback and solutions to improve customer relations and sales.
- 1-2 years’ experience in field sales, marketing, customer service, territory development, retail, investment or financial services, merchandising, telemarketing, promotions, and other marketing or Sales Associated fields is an asset but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up!
- Understanding of sales fundamentals including product positioning, pricing, market research, and distribution preferred.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing client and consumer relationships (A "people-person!").
- Strong work ethic. Ability to communicate and get a message across clearly and effectively.
