Associate Manager, Paid Marketing

Our leading Retail Manufacturing client is looking for a contracting Associate Manager focused on Brand & Ecom Marketing paid social campaigns. In this role, you will join the Digital Brand & Ecommerce Marketing teams which will focus on the set up, continual optimization, creative and analytical reporting of advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid ad platforms. This role will be primarily driving brand awareness, supporting Ecommerce Ad Creation & increasing traffic to site, while lifting our entire omnichannel ecosystem. This will be a cross-functional role, partnering with brand managers, analytics, ecom team and other internal partners to optimize and report on paid campaigns.
This role is highly tactical and our ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Meta, TikTok, Pinterest native ad platforms and testing on additional paid platforms to set up, monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis. Ideal candidate is data-driven, detail oriented, clearly communicates, collaborative, curious about testing, learning and optimizing in an ever-evolving paid social digital landscape.
Job Duties:
- Setting up ads in native Meta, TikTok and Pinterest ad platforms.
- Implementing test and learning plans, uncovering the best performing creative, tactics, audiences, tools, etc., continually prioritizing to drive the greatest impact
- Analyzing media performance across placements to ensure goals and KPIs are met, while identifying areas of opportunity
- Keeping up to date on the evolving digital media landscape, including platform updates, marketing trends, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience creating & optimizing paid social ads within Meta, Pinterest and TikTok native ad platforms.
- Expertise in variety of objectives, ad formats and best practices by ad platform
- Experience in monitoring campaign performance, optimizing performance and evaluating results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track/manage multiple campaigns/projects at a time.
- Passion for data driven decision making and curiosity for exploring new ad formats, objectives and pursuing test/learn agendas.
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Driven and curious with a positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude and learning mindset.
