Within our IT-Team, we are looking for an Associate (m/f/d) to support the strong development and growth.
Your Tasks- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, especially in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Train employees on the use of hardware and software systems
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems
- IT-focused education or at least two years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 cloud only
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Europe-based timezone
