Associate Financial Advisor

Lead - Advisor is a consulting and search firm specializing in wealth management. This role is for a client firm.

We are helping our client in Glastonbury, hire an Associate Financial Advisor who believes they can excel within a highly motivated and growing financial services firm. The ideal candidate exudes self-motivation, has a knack for problem solving, and is looking for a fulfilling career helping clients through personal financial planning. They are looking for an individual to join their team and provide expert advice to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and economics, as well as a strong understanding of investment strategies and risk management. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for developing customized financial plans for clients, providing sound advice on investments, and ensuring that clients are informed of any changes in the financial markets. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients and provide them with the best possible service.

Key Attributes:

· Health and Life Insurance License, SIE, and Series 66 required

· Proficient in client prospecting

· Comfortable communicating with clients

· Strong writing, editing and verbal communication abilities, including correct punctuation, spelling, and grammar

Responsibilities:

• Develop and actively prospect for new clients.
• Analyze financial data and provide advice on investments, insurance, and other financial matters.
• Identify and recommend strategies to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Monitor the performance of investments and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in regulations.
• Provide guidance on retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and other financial topics.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
