Summary of duties: Works with clients' senior management (CTO, CIO, COO) to understand business objectives and needs, and uses Aladdin expertise to achieve clients' goals. Understands the client's business challenges and proposes solutions leveraging Aladdin that drive value and adoption. Ensures client feedback on product is communicated to the Product Managers and tracks through successful development and deployment. Partners with the client, as well as Aladdin Product Managers and the financial modelers to support client's development needs. Assists clients in leveraging Aladdin to analyze market driven event implication to their portfolio. Helps clients analyze investment risk and performance attribution for their investment portfolios leveraging Aladdin. Assists with the deployment of new models, analytics, and reporting across our broad range of financial products and investment styles. Helps Client Engagement Leads with harvesting and onboarding additional client business by coordinating across product and sales teams. Works closely with Client Services to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Helps clients adopts and learns Aladdin's regulatory reporting. Applies technical skills and a strong understanding of our technology applications that make up Aladdin. Stays current on client portfolio risk management techniques and portfolio management styles. Works with clients to prioritize strategic and tactical projects and discuss our strategic analytics product development plans.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, or a closely-related field, and two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Vice President, Product Specialist, or related financial role. Two (2) years of experience with: Financial Technology and Asset Management industry; Buy-side investment management; Middle-office workflows; Equity, fixed income, and derivative markets and related risk analytics; Alternative investment lifecycle; Communicating financial and investment concepts to clients' senior management; Project management; SQL, UNIX, VBA, C++, PERL or similar programming tools; Portfolio Management Software similar to Aladdin. Must also have Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Certified International Risk Manager (CIRM), or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification.
