You will manage a portfolio of International Banking clients with a concentrate in the Food, Beverage & Agriculture and Resources, Energy & Infrastructure sectors to carry out the Research & Analysis function in a lead role for the sectors.
Research & Analysis is primarily responsible for identifying and effectively managing risks inherent in the client's business model and industry. Research & Analysis is also responsible for identifying and managing risks inherent in the client’s capital and management structure and financial results.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of quality credit papers with proper evaluation of risks and formulation of well-structured risk mitigation strategies
- Consistently make sound, high quality credit recommendations, based on thorough financial analysis and deep dive industry research and analysis
- Portfolio analysis and monitoring including risk grade review event management
- Managing stakeholders across a team including Relationship, Risk and Product Partner
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong and relevant experience in risk analysis across Institutional and Large Corporate customers
- Highly motivated, self-directed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Strategic mindset, highly commercial with a proven ability to balance risk/reward priorities.
- Knowledge in banking products and loan structures, trade finance and global markets
- Food, Beverage & Agriculture Industry knowledge and/or Resources, Energy & Infrastructure will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification preferably in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Economics

The base salary range for this position is US$177,000 to US$185,000 plus bonus.
This range can go up to USD$190,000 and is determined by the job, location and level of expertise required for this specific role. The final salary offered will consider your capabilities, skills and knowledge.
