Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work with Student Affairs Leadership, Campus Partners, and vendors to accomplish the goals, objectives, policies and strategic plans established.
2. Monitor all key indicators of site performance on a daily basis and take proactive corrective action as needed. Examples of key indicators and milestones include, but are not limited to: occupancy, open renewals, delinquency, work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, upcoming inspections, FPOCs/Tours/Closing ratios and volumes, etc.
3. Lead, develop and supervise employees
4. Carry out all company and site quality standards
5. Be punctual and prepared for meetings and assignments

Compensation is dependent upon experience and education.Master's degree in engineering or engineering related field and 7 years related experience, or bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering related field and 9 years related experience or equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.Master's degree in engineering, an engineering related field, or architecture from an accredited college or university and five years of demonstrated project management experience, including considerable experience with design and construction and management of major construction projects, and certification/registration as a professional engineer; or a bachelor's degree in engineering, an engineering related field, or architecture from an accredited college or university and seven years of demonstrated project management experience including considerable experience with design and construction and management of major construction projects, and certification/registration as a professional engineer or architect.Knowledge of principles and practices of modern architecture, design engineering and facility construction. Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the construction and modification of facilities. Knowledge of contract procedures, bidding procedures, architectural agreements and inspection procedures. Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules and regulations governing architectural or civil engineering project management for state highway construction, building construction or facility renovation projects. Ability to oversee the work of subordinate engineers or architects. Ability to establish positive working relationships with customers, superiors, subordinates, associates, design and construction consultants, state, local and federal professional personnel and other public and private sector organizations and individuals. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to prepare, review and revise plans and specifications. Ability to problem solve and utilize conscious decision making. Ability to build teams and involve stakeholders.
