Associate Director Of Community Impact

United Way of Story County (UWSC) is seeking a community-oriented leader who is passionate about driving positive changes in the lives of individuals and families. As the Associate Director of Community Impact, you will work alongside a dedicated and diverse team focused on identifying pressing human services needs and creating meaningful solutions. More than just a job, it is a chance to bring visionary leaders together, rally resources, inspire action, and transform lives across Story County. As the convener of key initiatives such as the Women United financial literacy program and the LIVE UNITED Food Drive, you will collaborate with nonprofit partners, educational institutions, businesses, government agencies, and community members to assess where needs are greatest and spearhead high-impact initiatives that strengthen the lives of individuals and families.

UWSC is seeking an individual with a passion for health and human services and a bachelor’s degree with three years of nonprofit or related work experience, or a combination of education background and extensive work experience. Individuals with experience in convening community partners, knowledge of local human services organizations, and volunteer coordination/engagement are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time professional salaried position with a starting annual salary range of $50,000 – 56,000.
