Join our passionate marketing team and be a critical driver in bringing our oncology products to customers worldwide. We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Associate Director to focus on the innovative field of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) as an impactful approach to cancer treatment.

As the Global Marketing Associate Director, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and healthcare professional behavior to develop actionable insights that shape our global marketing strategies across various therapeutic areas and markets. Your strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in your success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Commercial Strategy Development for the Marketing Commercial Excellence Framework (L3 NEXT)

  • Drive pan-tumor asset strategy development

  • Collaborate with relevant disease teams to support indication-specific strategy development that ladders up to asset and disease priorities

  • Early brand development work i.e., brand name development, brand personality and positioning

  • Collaborate with other ADC teams to drive consistency of approach where appropriate

  • Build strong value propositions across customer personas, ensuring approach supports maximization of individual indication opportunities

  • Develop brand narratives based on Scientific Platform

  • In collaboration with Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics, establish ADC-focused landscape tracking/data monitoring plan to track evolving performance and market dynamics to inform planning assumptions, strategy and positioning.

  • Establish Launch KPIs and system of measurement for them.

  • Work collaboratively with other ADC teams to ensure ADC portfolio needs are met and consistent approach is taken where appropriate

  • Manage global launch planning and excellence with specific focus on driving new and existing business opportunities within and across regions. This will include establishing and managing timeline for launch planning milestones and activities.

  • Launch plans will convey strategic guidance and recommend deliverable timelines, accounting for differences across therapeutic areas and market archetypes.

  • Manage team budget effectively.

  • Drive internal awareness programs for ADCs within our organization, in coordination with other ADC teams

  • Support ongoing insights development and engagement with experts, community HCPs and patient groups. Shape and apply insights to brand strategy and implementation

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • MBA preferred

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of (3) years experience in Marketing, Marketing/Field support, or Sales Management role

  • Customer-orientation, results-driven, team work and collaboration, continuous learning & self development

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent project planning & management skills; strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills; attention to details

  • Works effectively in fast paced and time constrained situations

  • Proven ability to drive execution

  • Business understanding & organizational awareness, cross-functional collaboration, basic financial budgeting and planning

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of our Company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies.

  • Launch planning and launch experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
