Qualifications
- 6-10 years of ecommerce and Retail Media activation and planning experience (preferably in an agency or brand side role)
- Advanced understanding of the retail media space and all major retail media networks and platforms
- Has experience activating at least 2 of the top Retail Media partners/platforms: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, CitrusAd and/or Skai, Pacvue, CommerceIQ, TTD, DV360
- Proven experience developing Retail Media process & best practices
- Proven experience as a team leader and manager with teams of 3 or more direct reports
- Expertise in mature non-Amazon marketplaces (Ulta, Kroger, Drug, Instacart) and experience with growing marketplaces (ex: Albertsons, Hyvee, Macy's)
- Adept at analyzing results, synthesizing data, drawing out insights & implications, and developing insightful and actionable recommendations.
- A wealth of industry knowledge including current trends, consumer packaged goods and retailer information, and business philosophies
- Very strong presentation skills; able to successfully present and sell new thinking, strategies and/or ideas to clients; able to influence and/or persuade key stakeholders to POV
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring teams and providing actionable constructive feedback
- Experience managing senior client relationships, including executives, prioritizing and pushing forward on the most important items
- Excellent communication and executive skills
- Excellent project management and organization

Responsibilities
- Strategy, planning, prioritization, and client engagement
- Work with client and BCL planning organization to develop strategy to achieve client objectives in ecommerce and retail media from mature retail platforms other than Amazon.
- In coordination with Clients, commerce team leadership and Beauty-Co-Lab holistic Media Planning teams, develop annual business plan, setting the short- and long-term strategic course
- Manage client relationships (brand marketing teams, customer marketers, sales teams, and retail teams). Regularly meet with client and partner leaders to ensure alignment and progress against goals
- Collaborate with traditional planning teams and peers to drive best in class thinking, plans and activation
- Revised plans and team priorities as necessary based on business changes and reprioritizations
- Team leadership and management
- Lead and manage a team of 2-8 retail media and commerce professionals. Coach, mentor, and develop team members on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish and communicate goals.
- Activation and execution
- Manage, develop and monitor retail media campaigns from strategy through tactical execution (search and display), working closely with clients throughout campaigns to optimize performance and resolve any issues
- Supervise campaign execution by overseeing campaign budget management, optimization, stewardship, reporting
- Guide development of channel performance reporting. Evaluate performance based on team reporting. Guide team and client to improve performance as needed
- Ensure team understands and implements best practices
- Ensure team understand and manages to budget and performance expectations
- Ensure quality assurance processes are established and followed
- Retailer engagement
- Build strong relationships with retailers, and their retailer media group
Compensation Range: $90,000 - $215,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
