As an Associate Designer on the Brand & UI Design team at 829, you will hone your craft working on a variety of design projects for an eclectic mix of clients. With your passion for creativity and eagerness to learn, you will gain invaluable experience across all of your projects. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a talented multi-disciplinary team of experts to create compelling websites and distinctive brand identities for a diverse client base spanning a variety of industries
• Address business goals while combining user-centered design principles with a highly branded visual aesthetic
• Present design deliverables and express design thinking during weekly client calls
• Track project hours, adhere to project timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Balance multiple projects of varying scope, duration, and complexity
• Embrace a growth mindset and develop an understanding of industry best practices and current design trends

What You'll Bring

• 1 - 2 years of agency, internship, or freelance experience
• An impressive portfolio with a focus on UI design and branding projects
• Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to effectively communicating the why behind design decisions
• An understanding of UI/UX practices and a strong desire to advance in this area
• A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for UI design and branding
