This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You have a background in and passion for designing handbags. You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities. You bring creative ideas to the table and properly translate them into an aesthetic that clearly reflects and elevates the brand.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day could include creating seasonal design boards, updating sketches, creating technical drawings in Illustrator, or prepping samples for proto review. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of cross-functional partners within Merchandising and Product Development who share your passion for excellence... and creating beautiful product!
To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of design experience
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Strong hand and Illustrator sketching & spec'ing experience
• Must be able to build all tech packs and pass specs in a detailed, organized and clear manner for factory proto-sample-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of material viability and construction
• Paying attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• Design ability to imbibe and promote the Tory Burch brand aesthetic
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Collaboration and team-spirited approach
• Strong proactive work ethic
• Previous PLM experience is a plus
• Must provide digital portfolio of work

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 65,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
