Associate Corporate Counsel serves as a legal expert within the company, responsible for overseeing
and advising on a wide range of legal matters related to the organization's business operations. You will
offer guidance on commercial contracts, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assist in risk
management. You will also play a pivotal role in negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate
governance matters. This important work helps ensure that the company operates within the bounds of
the law while advancing business objectives and maintaining legal integrity.

Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 - $130,000, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US team members (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance which includes company contributions to a Health Savings Accounts. Team members are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, team members can enroll in the company's 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match. You receive 15 days of paid vacation yearly, increasing to 20 days after one year. Additionally, you get 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents, 12 weeks for others. Also, there's an opportunity for tuition reimbursement for qualifying expenses.

What You'll Do
- Regularly be involved in complex operations and partner across the business to solve challenging problems to support our growth and progress globally.
- Work collaboratively with teams throughout the worldwide organization on critical commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
- Sort through a broad array of business and legal questions, working with the business and outside counsel to address complicated policy questions, comply with regulatory obligations, and resolve issues that arise in commercial relationships.
- Draft, manage, and negotiate key agreements with integrity.
- Manage legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that mitigate risks while allowing the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
- Scale how the legal team provides support to the business, through process simplifications and training.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Membership in at least one state bar.
- 3+ years of substantive attorney experience.
- Law firm and in-house experience.
- A mix of legal experience, such as transactional, employment, and regulatory advising.
- Common sense, a strong work ethic, and the ability to not take oneself too seriously.
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly and interact with all levels of the business with ease.
- Experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while effectively meeting
deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities. - Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and multiple projects at once.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Hybrid work environment with legal team based in Seattle metropolitan area.
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
