Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Compliance Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
  • Develop and updated Power Point presentations, as well as complex excel sheets, to support Compliance adherence metrics.
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and performance criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data to prioritize problem statements and measure effectiveness of actions implemented through improvement projects (results).
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of Compliance Opportunities and communicate with Operations leadership teams.
  • Support and attends Cross functional FSCC LMS walks across Final Assembly.
  • Supports FSCC LMS and projects providing status updates to Quality Core, FSCC and MBU's.
  • Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision.
  • Support Managers by leading meetings, and supporting Compliance adherence projects.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 1+ years' experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing industry
  • 1+ years' experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement
  • 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • 1+ years' experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concept
  • 1+ years' experience in Velocity, EID/REDARS, IVT, COGNOS Velocity, and TMC
  • 1+ years' experience with data mining, processing and analysis
  • Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
