We are seeking an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to collaborate with the treatment team. The ACSW is responsible for facilitating the coordination of appropriate services in line with the clients’ care plans. They aim to help achieve optimal levels of independence and enhance quality of life under the guidance and supervision of Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and the Program Director. As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, the ACSW conducts comprehensive assessments and develops aftercare plans. This position includes individual supervision and group supervision for hours towards Licensure.

Position: Full Time Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)

Location: In-Person, Port Hueneme, California

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and creating tailored aftercare plans.
• Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure optimal client care and transition between our facilities.
• Providing supportive counseling and education to clients, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinating access to community resources for clients' holistic care needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Master's Degree in Social Work
• Credentials: Active California License in good standing as an Associate Clinical Social Worker
• Driver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)

Additional Qualifications:

• Regular driving of company vehicles.
• Regular local travel among company locations.
• Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
