The Associate Client Consultant supports and assists the Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants in activities associated with servicing clients. The Associate Client Consultant candidate needs to be effective at time management and teamwork, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly adaptable and able to problem solve. This a work from home position.
- Supporting Client Relationship: Assist with client and offshore team calls, updating standard operating procedures and workflow documents, drafting Power Point presentations. Provide temporary backup support to Client Consultants when neededinvolvement in service implementations, converting process recordings to SOP instruction.
- Mentoring: Helping Mentor Associate Client Consultants, helping peers with questions.
- Corporate Duties: Department monthly meetings, seminars/training on Patra University, IT training, licensing updates, HR requests/updates, submit expenses, other training as scheduled.
- Assisting with Monthly Invoicing: Review, update and analyze billing reports, assist with delivering invoices, and documentation to clients.
- Data Gathering: Generating Reports, requesting offshore team feedback, input and update information in AMS/CRM.
- Troubleshooting: Service and IT/login issues/errors.
- Other duties: Projects as assigned.

- Other: Knowledge and experience with various Agency Management Systems, Outlook, Zoom and Power BI is helpful.
Working Conditions
- Work from home remotely in United States only.
- Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected to modem; No satellite.
