Summary/Objective:
An Employment Law Firm is seeking an associate to join its business transaction, banking, and corporate practice. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 6 years of experience in relevant areas such as small business and corporate matters, commercial and consumer lending, with an emphasis on financing and commercial workouts, and the ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail. Candidates should have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills and the energy, drive, and desire to work in a robust practice. Competitive salary and benefits are offered and time to partnership will be commensurate with experience.
