Associate Attorney

Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We’re seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardianships, etc.).

About the Position / Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will be primarily working from our office in Fishers; though, he/she will be required to routinely travel to our satellite offices located in Rockville and Wabash. Further, because most of our clients prefer to meet in-person, we are unable to accommodate a request, at this time, to work from home.

· A focused and organized professional with strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver impeccable service for clients.

· A critical thinker, a problem-solver with exceptional written and oral communication skills, and particularly has the ability to simplify and explain complex topics in an understandable manner.

· A dedicated and driven attorney who excels in a team environment.

· Willing to accept extensive training in the legal-technical aspect of the position and mentorship from the fellow attorneys and support team members.

This will be a salaried position. While no experience is required, the salary will be based on experience that is directly related to estate and elder law.

A comprehensive compensation package – including Paid Time Off, IRA match, Team-wide bonus program, etc. – will be offered to the selected Associate Attorney.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
