Sacramento Business Attorneys, seeks an attorney with five or more years of experience for its thriving downtown Sacramento office. The successful candidate will work on litigation matters for various business clients and high-net-worth individuals. The caseload will include breach of contract cases, employment defense, partnership and shareholder disputes, real property matters, trade secret litigation, and construction disputes.
The ideal candidate can handle a caseload independently, have excellent client communication skills and desires, and can work in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to put down roots and build a clientele, and the firm will commit the resources necessary to make the position successful.

• Discovery requests, responses, and motions
• Mediation and settlement conferences

Experience:
Civil Litigation: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
