Associate Attorney - Injury Department

A Disability & Injury Law Firm, a 10-attorney law firm located in downtown Dayton, Ohio, has openings for Associate Attorneys to focus on Ohio workers' compensation law and personal injury law. These are full-time positions. Some experience helpful, but not required. Applicants recently admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2022 are encouraged to apply. The workers' compensation attorney will be responsible for attending and handling administrative hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission, meeting with prospective clients, processing BWC claims, settling BWC claims, among other responsibilities. The personal injury attorney will focus on representing persons injured in environments outside of work. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
