Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy

The Firm concentrates in creditor’s rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions. Our practice serves Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Kentucky.
This is a great opportunity for an exceptional, motivated and results orientated Associate Attorney who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Default Services/Bankruptcy.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review and sign documents and pleadings.
• Draft, execute and review documents including claims, objections, motions, briefs among others
• Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ohio Bar membership and in Good Standing
• Membership in Northern District of Ohio Bankruptcy Court
• Membership in Southern District of Ohio Bankruptcy Court
• Kentucky Bar membership and in Good Standing
• Membership in Eastern District of Kentucky Bankruptcy Court
• Membership in Western District of Kentucky Bankruptcy Court
• 3+ years of experience in Default/Financial Services
• Ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills.
