Associate Attorney

Glades Talent is representing a standout Personal Injury firm based in Boynton Beach FL, looking for a talented Associate Attorney with either Personal Injury Experience or Criminal Trial Experience.
One of the fastest growing and successful personal injury law firms in Florida that provides exceptional advocacy and representation to people throughout Florida who have been hurt by the careless conduct of another person or entity is looking to grow their team! Based in Boynton Beach is looking for Attorneys that have at least 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, at least 2 years of experience working as a prosecutor or public defender. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated looking for growth opportunities and have an impeccable standing with the Florida Bar.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Personal Injury Attorney will have the responsibility of managing a large caseload that will predominantly consist of pre-suit auto accident cases. Responsibilities therefore include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Providing legal support and guidance to clients

· Finding ethical solutions to legal matters

· Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers

· Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath

· Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion

· Staying informed about any current legislation and case law

· Building trustworthy relationships with clients

· Drafting pleadings, written discovery and motions

· Arguing motions and covering depositions

· Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required

Qualifications and Experience:

· Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, minimum of 2 years of experience as a prosecutor or public defender

· Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

· Superior oral and written advocacy skills
