Associate Attorney (First Party Property)

We are seeking an Associate Attorney who specializes in First Party Property to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of First Party Property claims and lawsuits.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and discovery.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Active member of the Florida Bar
• First Party Property experience (1 year)
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel (IF NECESSARY)
